What you need
- A MAG box (for example MAG 524 or 540)
- The portal URL from your IPTV service
- The MAC address on the back of the box
Setup in 5 steps

Connect the box
Plug in HDMI, network and power.

Open Settings
Choose Servers, then Portals.

Enter the portal URL
Type the address exactly as given.
- 4
Share the MAC address
Your service links the account to that MAC.
- 5
Restart the box
It will load your channel list.
Tips
- Write the MAC address down before you mount the box.
- Use a cable for the network connection.
- Reset the portal if you change service.
Common problems
The portal does not load
Check the URL and that the MAC is registered.
Channels missing
Restart the box and reload the portal.
Remote not working
Replace batteries or re-pair.
